I welcome you to join me for a workshop to dive into and explore the relationship between psychedelic and adaptogenic mushroom medicines and their potential for healing, integration and creating a deeper connection with ourselves.

The workshop will begin at 1pm, consider arriving 10 mins or so before to get settled and comfortable.
Please bring a cushion or something cosy to sit on and relax, there will be yoga mats and a we have a few blankets to get extra cosy, no previous experience is necessary, just a curiosity for mushroom medicines and their potential for healing.
As always, be cosy, be present and wear something relaxed and comfortable.

 

Micro-Dosing
We will discuss the protocols of micro dosing, what to expect and how mushrooms can encourage changes in perception, mood and cognitive processes.


Intentions
The importance of setting intentions, by doing so you are connecting with your inner healing intelligence, it is the commitment to both yourself and your medicine path.


Connection
 Opening our minds and senses to create new connections, recognising our patterns and integrating our experiences with compassion and awareness.

Adaptogenic Mushrooms
I will also introduce you to the adaptogenic range of mushrooms, what they can do to support our health and how to bring them into your daily routine and ritual alongside a micro-dosing protocol.
